Does it work with my current website?
Yes. Add the booking widget to your existing site without redesigning anything. It works with WordPress, Wix, and any website where you can add HTML.
How do payments work? Are there transaction fees?
Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your own Stripe account. Standard Stripe processing fees apply. Bounzee takes no commission on your bookings.
Can parents pay a deposit instead of the full price?
Yes. You choose whether to require a deposit or full payment at booking.
What about cancellations and refunds?
You stay in control. Cancel a booking from your dashboard and choose a full, partial, or no refund. Refunds go back to the parent's card through Stripe, and the parent gets an email automatically.
Can my staff still take bookings over the phone?
Yes. Add a booking from the dashboard in a few clicks, and it shows up in the same calendar as online bookings.
Do you handle waivers?
